Bring a large pot of water to the boil, add the pasta, and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until the pasta is al dente, drain and set aside.

Whilst the spaghetti is cooking, melt the butter in a large non- stick fry pan over low heat.

Add the garlic and capers, increase the heat to medium and sauté.

Add the cream and cheese, stir until the mixture thickens. Add the parsley and chives, stir, season with salt and pepper.

Add the spaghetti into the sauce to combine.

Plate up the spaghetti to a warm plate, top with the spiced smoked salmon.
